# Poland Tax Calculator

Calculate take-home pay in Poland as a freelancer or company.

Sole proprietors (JDG) in Poland can choose between three tax methods: a progressive scale of 12%/32% above a tax-free allowance, a flat 19% tax on profit, or a lump-sum ryczałt of 3–17% of revenue based on your activity code with no expense deduction. New businesses also get their first 6 months without ZUS social contributions. Companies (sp. z o.o.) pay 9% corporate tax as a small taxpayer or 19% above that threshold, plus 19% dividend tax on distributions.
