What is EU reverse charge, and when does it apply?

If your client is a VAT-registered business in another EU country, VAT is usually not charged on the invoice — your client accounts for it instead. Tick "EU business (reverse charge)" on the client's details and the invoice notes it correctly.

I'm not registered for VAT. What should I select?

Choose "Not registered" as your VAT status. No VAT is added, and the invoice includes the required note explaining why.

Can I save my invoices or reuse my business details?
